Happy Hump day everyone! We are halfway through the week, and Halloween is tomorrow! Get your costumes and your candy-eating pants ready!

I’ve got some new products to talk about that I’ve tried this month and loved, as well as a couple things I thought it would be fun to go back and recap! It’s a been a super busy month in my household! We’ve had our hands (and paws!) busy, and I’ve got some fun things to talk about!

First off is the IT Cosmetics Lash Blowout Mascara . I purchased this from QVC after one of my girlfriends recommended it to me. I’m a huge fan of the IT Superhero mascara, so I was really excited to try this one! I must say the formula is easier to use than the Superhero, and I’m really impressed with the volumizing capabilities of the mascara. Not to mention, it’s extremely buildable, which I really like. I’m usually a 2 or 3 coats kinda girl, so I like any mascara that layers well! If you’re looking for a new mascara, you can easily just pick up one from your local Ulta or Sephora. Or for $5 more, you can score two full-size mascaras from QVC!

The next product I have tried and LOVED this month has been the Too Faced Born this Way foundation. I have been a tried and true Clinique foundation junkie, but I wanted to branch out and try a foundation that was a little more medium to full coverage. So far, I have been extremely impressed with this foundation. It’s hydrating, which is great as we head into the winter, dryer months, buildable in coverage, and there are tons of shades and undertones to perfectly match your complexion! I was the shade Nude, and you can pick this up at Ulta, Sephora, or QVC!

Next I wanted to link my favorite line of nail polishes, including all of the best colors for fall and winter! I absolutely love Essie Gel Couture for the durability, color selection, and the ease of use! The formula is so easy to use, just three swipes across your nail, plus a quick drying top coat and you’ve got a polish that will last at least a week without chips! Some of the colors I’m loving for fall include: Model Clicks, Caviar Bar, Pearls of Wisdom, Showroom for One, First Impression, and Spiked with Style.

It’s been a busy month around here! We adopted our new puppy named Dash. He’s a Dachshund/Yorkie mix, and he’s so fun and energetic! He enjoys long walks, going to doggy day care, and all of the chewy toys he can get his paws on.

We have also been busy with all of our bathroom renovations around our house and the foundation repair! If you missed the details behind that project, you can read all about it right h e r e ! I’ve also made some delicious recipes this month that my husband and I have loved too including:
